Our refund policy
All sales are final and no refunds are provided; however, if there are issues with your order we will take action to make things right.
Non-receipt of order
All orders are sent via tracked courier or mail services. In the event that a shipment is lost, we will work with out shipping partners and will send you a replacement order once we have determined the facts of the situation.
If a package has been broken in shipment we will follow the same procedure as a missing package and send you a replacement order. To faciltate this we require photos of the damaged items.
